Lamb roll sealing aluminum buckle machine
Pneumatic tensioning and fastening machine is a new type of machine integrating filling, tensioning and buckling for the filling and punching process of meat pieces.
It has the characteristics of reliable function, reasonable structure, simple operation, labor-saving, strong sealing force, good sealing and easy maintenance.
Product Application:
This machine is widely used in pork, beef and mutton roll forming, ham sausage filling and other occasions. After the packaging film pre-installed of the product is clamped by the clamping cylinder, the casing is tightened by the stretching cylinder to the requirements, which can be punched and sealed and cut.
- The fullness of the product can be adjusted at any time by means of the pressure adjustment device;
-According to the bagging length, belt diameter and user needs, the size of the tensioning force and the speed of pulling the bag and the height of the aluminum card D tool can be adjusted.
