1. It will not be evacuated or the vacuum degree is not high.

a) The vacuum pump is reversed, check whether the direction of rotation of the vacuum pump is consistent with the motor of the pump, and adjust accordingly.

b) When the new machine is used, it may be that the upper cover sealing ring coincides with the end of the lower chamber plane, so it is necessary to apply light pressure on the cover to make the cover and the lower chamber anastomosis sealed.

c) The stroke switch is not in place, adjust the position of the stroke switch limit piece.

d) Time relay out of control, replaced.

e) The bleed valve is not closed tightly, resulting in leakage, check the bleed solenoid valve and valve core (rubber). Whether there is wear, contamination or spool center offset.

f) Check whether there is leakage or looseness in all parts of the phase pipeline.

2. The quality of heat sealing is not good

a) Check whether the mouth of the bag is clean to avoid staining the seal.

b) Check whether the nickel-chromium strip is working properly, whether there is a short circuit or open circuit.

c) Whether the heat sealing temperature and heat sealing time are appropriate.

d) Check whether the hot pressure airbag is leaking.

e) The heat sealing solenoid valve is not working properly.

3. Do not deflate

a) The time relay is out of control, and the contacts are poorly contacted or damaged.

b) No power supply, check the power circuit.

c) Check whether the bleed solenoid valve is working properly.
