Application of sealing and cutting packaging machine
The design principle of the sealing and cutting packaging machine is based on the principle of heat sealing. It mainly consists of the following steps:
1. Packaging feeding: The packaging to be sealed and cut is placed at the feeding port, and the packaging is sent to the sealing and cutting area through the conveyor belt or other devices.
2. Sealing and cutting area: In the sealing and cutting area, there is usually a heating element, such as a heating plate or heating knife. The heating element heats the sealing area to a certain temperature.
3. Sealing and cutting operation: When the package enters the sealing and cutting area, the heating element will come into contact with the package to heat it. The heating time and temperature can be adjusted according to the material and requirements of the package.
4. Sealing and cutting is complete: When the heating time reaches the set value, the heating element will stop heating and the package will be cut into the desired shape. Typically, the heating element in the sealing area is simultaneously sealed and cut.
5. Discharging: After the sealing and cutting is completed, the packaging will be sent out of the sealing and cutting area and enter the next process or packaging container.
The design principle of the sealing and cutting packaging machine is mainly to heat the packaging through the heating element, so that it can meet the requirements of sealing and cutting at a certain time and temperature.
