Large poultry split saw upgrade configuration
1. Empty test rotation test: the machine should be inspected in detail before use, eliminate the loosening phenomenon of the fastening part of the machine during transportation, check whether the electrical appliances and power cords are damaged, and manually dial the turntable should be free of jamming phenomenon.
After confirming that there is no problem, turn on the power supply (connect the grounding wire of the machine), turn on the power switch, start the machine to do the idling test, and pay attention to exclude the motor heating (mainly moisture or low voltage) during the test.
When the empty machine runs for several minutes without other problems and noises, the cutting work can be carried out.
2. When cutting: after the machine must be placed steadily, turn on the power switch, hold the poultry body with the left hand, hold the part of the body that needs to be cut with the right hand, align the cutting position with the D piece, and push forward a little hard to cut off.
When cutting, you must pay attention to safety, and you cannot touch the D piece with your hands, otherwise you will hurt your hands.
Maintenance:
The machine should be inspected before each use, and abnormal situations should be dealt with in time. Keep the inside of the machine clean, wash it with water after each shift is completed, and pay attention to the protection of electrical appliances and motors when washing, so as to avoid water ingress and moisture.
Lubrication is not required in daily work, and after half a year of work, an overhaul is carried out, and the bearing should be cleaned and greased replaced. After not using it for a long time, the idling test should be carried out when starting the machine again.
